1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mbi77 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital medium — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all related policies published by mbi77.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mbi77 as the service provider. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mbi77 platform.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through dishonest or deceptive means.
- Engaging in any activity associated with money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Interfering with, manipulating, or attempting to compromise the integrity of any game or match.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, or permanent account closure without compensation.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mbi77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Mbi77 sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals for risk management and compliance purposes. Current limits can be reviewed in the account section after logging in. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
All deposits made into an mbi77 account are for platform use only. mbi77 does not cover any third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Any transaction suspected of fraud or inconsistent with these Terms will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. mbi77 is not liable for transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Mbi77 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mbi77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Account Suspension
Mbi77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity, third-party complaints, or legal compliance requirements arise. Users will be notified via their registered email during the active suspension period.
Account Closure
Mbi77 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without prior notice in cases of serious Terms violations, confirmed fraud, or upon request by a lawful authority. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting mbi77 customer support. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded subject to completion of the identity verification process.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the mbi77 platform are the exclusive property of mbi77 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mbi77.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
